POLICY PRIVACY - INFORMATION AND CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA


 

MAXCOM LEATHER ITALIA SRL, with registered office in Brendola, via Luigi Einaudi 22 C (Vicenza), as Data Controller wants to inform with this document, pursuant to the applicable national legislation and the European Privacy Regulation n. 679/2016 ("GDPR"), how your personal data will be processed as a result of your registration or access to this site.

By registering you transmit or share with our company the data necessary to provide the service or to answer your questions.
Below we will indicate which personal data concerning you we use, the reason why we collect your data and what is the legal justification for the processing of such data. We will also tell you how the data is used and whether it is mandatory or optional. 1. Type and Source of the dataYour personal or company data or your organization data, as well as the data of any third party recipients of the products you purchased, were provided by you during the registration (or the release of data aimed at sending the contact email), to our site for the transmission of your purchase orders, or of your requests. These are non-sensitive data such as:

3. Purpose of the processing: the above data are collected, recorded, reordered, stored and used for activities functional to the stipulation and execution of the contractual supply relationship with you in place, or in the course of negotiation, including the activities to be. Furthermore, with your consent, your data will be processed to send you advertising material, promotions, special offers, gifts and services, profiling purposes, to analyze, even automatically, your preferences and your interests.

4. Processing methods: the above treatments can be carried out both by paper means and by automated means and tools, located in Italy or in the EU area, at the Data Controller, or at the Group Head company or at another group company.

5. Sensitive data: none of your data in our possession can be traced back to the definitions of "sensitive data" or "judicial data" as identified by the sector legislation

6. Nature of the provision: the provision of some data necessary for the management of the contractual relationship can be considered optional, while the provision of the data necessary to comply with the obligations and administrative, legal or tax obligations relating to your purchases is mandatory. Therefore, a refusal to provide those will prevent the fulfillment of your orders.

7. Data retention time: the data controller keeps and uses your personal data for no more than 10 years from the conclusion of the contractual relationship following the sending of the order or registration for tax purposes and related to the prescription for the purposes of marketing and profiling.

8. Right to withdraw: You have the right to withdraw consent to the processing of your data that you provided at the time of registration at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the treatment based on consent before the revocation. ◦ Credit or fiscal management professionals or companies;
◦ Marketing and communication companies for production of dedicated marketing material and campaigns;
◦ Credit Card issuers (such as MasterCard or Visa);

In particular, they may be communicated to subjects who, again for purposes related to the execution of contractual relationships with you in place or for the establishment of new contractual relationships, must provide us with goods and / or perform marketing or commercial information or services on our behalf.

10. Subjects who carry out the treatments: our employees and our internal collaborators have been appointed "processors" on the basis of the roles and job duties performed. MAXCOM LEATHER ITALIA SRL guarantees the security, confidentiality and protection of the data, at any stage of the data processing process. All data and information, collected through the Internet or in other ways, are used in compliance with the rules set by Legislative Decree 196/2003 and by European legislation and in compliance with business secrecy.
